Dh lame x hapdate ini blog..lagi2 bile dh start keje..serius takde mase..kalo ade pn, tido je..huhuss.. Ni dh hari sabtu, ahad n isnin cuti, memang serius bahagie..sebab slalunye msti ahad or sabtu or both pn kene keje.. So ble cuti pnjang sket, bole masak2 mende baru n merapu..hehe..

So kali ni, aku merapu buat cupcake lak..saje je tringin sejak dpt doorgift cupcake dr drug company..mmg nice! sejak tu siang malam aku trbayang2 cupcake dihiasi aising yg gebu gitu..haha..

Before this aku ade buat muffin gak tp jadi ala2 vanilla muffin kenny rogers gitu..mane la sesuai letak aising..aku hanya mahukan gabungan cupcake n aising yang sempurna.. So, google2, jmpe la resepinye kat sini..opkos dr myresepi.com yg mempunyai peratus kejayaan menjadi yg tinggi..

Cupcake ni rse die nice sangat sebab quite moist n then aku tambah chocolate button utk hilangkan muak vanilla.. Cume yang tak bestnye, rase aising die manis sangat sampai berdengung tastebuds aku.. so maybe next time bole try kurangkan gula..

Zaman canggih sekarang ni ade lagi tak orang tulis buku resepi??

Dah jarang dengar kan.. Sebab dengan adenye internet, sumer resepi dapat di browse gune hujung hari je.. Kalo hari ni rse nak msak chicken chop, taip je, trus berlambak resepi yang dilonggokkan En. Google.. Pastu yang lagi bestnye, ade website yg siap dengan respons sama ada resepi tu menjadi ke tak..memang kalo nak masak tu, insha allah la takde problem dengan berbekalkan resepi yg diyakini..

Bagi aku, even dah banyak folder dalam laptop aku dengan resepi tapi still aku prefer buku resepi.. Bukannye ape, senang nk refer time nak masak nnt.. Sebenarnye aku dah lame tak update buku resepi tu.. Aku start semngat nk tulis balik sejak aku buat kek coklat kukus for the 1st time, rase die sedap sangat.. Aku amek resepi dari sini.. tapi aku ade ubah2 sket resepi die sebab bahan2 tak cukup.. Pastu bile kali kedua aku buat kek tu dengan bahan2 tak cukup lagi, aku dah lupe ape yang aku ubah2..huhu.. Sayang je..

Another reason is bcoz aku kene tulis gak resepi kat kertas sebelum nak masak especially kalo aku masak mende2 yang aku tak pernah masak.. So cam alang2 dah menulis kan..

Hmm..aku harap, dengan menulis post ni, mood aku nak mengupdate buku resepi pn meningkat..huhu..

10 THINGS I MISS ABOUT KUANTAN

Tetibe je rase rindu gile kat Kuantan..huhu.. Lagi2 bile tengok gambar2 tgh enjoy ngan kawan2..huhu.. seriously miss that moment..

Dulu, masa aku tahu aku masuk UIA kat Kuantan, aku terbayang Kuantan ni cam kat kampung gitu.. Almaklumlah, aku mane pernah sampai Pahang g sebelum ni.. Duk risau nak shopping kat mane..nak jalan2 kat mane.. Sebab kampung aku yang kat Kedah tu mmg jauh dari bandar so hari2, aku gembire ke, sedih ke, bosan ke, keje duk ngadap sawah padi depan rumah hari2.. Bile aku dengar bandar ngan UIA jarak 5 km je, sejuk hati nurani aku..ngeh3..

Selama 4 tahun duk Kuantan, banyak knangan manis, pahit, masin n masam ngan kawan2 tp op cos la manis pling bnyak, 87.53%!!..hehe..

N ni antara mende yang aku rindu kat Kuantan..

1) My Room..

Jutaan trima kasih aku ucapkan kt UIA sbb sediakan tempat tinggal yg best.. Cukup semua aku rase - privasi, persekitaran yg kondusif, kemudahan yg cambest n etc..

2) Steamboat

Steamboat la yang aku paling pulun skali time duk kt Kuantan..ditmbah dgan geng skepale, akak, lg la best.. N aku beruntung smpat mrase Steamboat kt East Coast, perfek kot! Kt KL mane nk jmpe ketam n udang besar2 cm kat sini..huhu..

3) Basketball

Kat UIA la 1st time aku dapat men basketball.. Aku rindu men basketball sangat5..huhu.. Sangat best.. Bile la lagi bole men ngan budak2 ni..

4) Masak-masak

Aktiviti aku bile aku ngidam nak makan samtin.. Rindu nk msak untuk budak2 ni.. Ske sangat makan ramai2..meriah gitu.. Aku dah la suke masak western, kat rumah aku mane ade orang nk layan western sangat..huhu..

5) Lecture Hall

Percaye atau tak, aku mmg rindukan lecture hall.. Aku rindu nak dengar lecture n salin notes..n kadang2 men sket2.. Lepas ni tak rase dh..huhu..

6) Bowling

Aku pecah rekod boling aku kat Megamall..walaupun main cam hampeh tapi sebab men rmai2 memang best.. Kt KL, xde sape nak layan aku g main bowling..

7) Basketball kt shopping complex

Kalo kluar ngan akak n nik, mmg nak kene main basketball ni..best gile.. Kat KL, takde orang sekepale ngan aku camni..huhu..

8) Nasi goreng tom yam + sup daging Lot 4

Hampir setiap petang, ni la hidangan aku.. Banyak kali pun aku tak muak lagi.. Combination yg best!!

9) Swimming

Evenhtough aku baru g sekali tp sungguh addictive.. Rindu nak lumbe lari dalam air..lawak gile.. Kt KL, kat mane la nak cari tempat swimming utk girls only..

10) Roti tempayan

Setiap kali gi pasar malam, adalah cam satu kewajipan untuk aku beli roti tempayan.. Aku rase die sangat perfek.. N roti2 mmg fav aku.. Tmbah2 roti die gebu n kuah kari ayam yg pedas..ok..ak lapar sekarang..

Pape pun, mestila aku paling rindu kawan2.. sebab kalo buat sumer mende ni sorang2, takla jadi kenangan manis kan.. Anyway, life must move on.. Mane tahu aku start keje nnti, jmpe mende baru, aku akan rindu mende len lak.. Bertukar la list rindu aku..hehe..

Anyway..miss u guys very much!!.. Thanx for being such great frens..

MARI MENENANGKAN HATI

Kali ni nk crite psal tekanan lak sebab time cuti2 ni ade gak kadang2 tertekan dgn pelbagai sebab.. Kalo time kuliah, tekanan dri segi len lak..huhu.. Pendek kate hidup manusia ni mmg tak bole lari dri tekanan or masalah..

Cute je budak kecik pn stress..hehe..

Pape pn jom berkenalan dengan punca2 yg menjadikan seseorang itu trtkan.. Keempat2 punca ni aku jmpe dalam buku La Tahzan hasil dari 'Aidh bin Abdullah al-Qarni..

Firstly, bersungut dan tak terima qada n qadar Allah.. Kite cm dh letak stu hrapan kt samtin n then ttibe turn out not as expected.. Lg tension kalo kite dh letak hrapan yg tinggi.. So thats why la kene relax2 je tak pun fikir samtin yg positif.. Kadang2 mende yg kite suke tak semestinya baik utk diri kite kn so redha je.. Pape pn, Allah knows best..

Secondly, berbuat dosa dan tak disertai dengan taubat.. Kadang2 tak sedar pn terbuat dosa..huhu..bahaye sungguh.. Sebab tu elok kalo malam2 sblum tido, muhasabah dri dlu.. Seringan2 dosa kalo dh berterusan, silap2 jd dosa besar lak..huhu..

Thirdly, iri hati.. Iri hati ni tak elok sebab scare tak langsung bole mnimbulkan prasaan dendam.. Dlam hadis riwayat Abu Daud, drpd Abu Hurairah r.a., bhwsanya Rasullullah s.a.w. bersabda: Jauhilah sifat dngki itu krna ssungguhnya dengki itu dpt mnghabiskan amal kebaikan sbgaimana api itu dpat mnghabiskan kayu api..

Lastly, berpaling drpd mngingati Allah.. Kdg2 dlm satu hri, kte trleka dgn mndgr lagu, tgk tv or layan movie.. Mende2 cmni la yg mnybabkn kte lalai dri mengingati Allah.. Allah berfirman dalam Surah Taha ayat 124 yg brmksud: " Dan sesiapa yg brpaling dan ingkar dri ingatan dan petunjuk Ku, maka sesungguhnya adalah bginya kehidupan yg sempit dan Kami akan himpunkan dia pada Hari Kiamat dalam keadaan buta".

So marilah kite brsame mnghindari keempat2 prkare ni utk mnghasilkn hidup yg stress-free..

Akhirnye dpt gk bt kek ni..padahal dh lame sangat dh rancang tp kbtulan anniversary mak n ayah smlam so tunde2 sampai la smlm.. Konon nk bt candlelight dinner skali ngan fettucinni carbonara..tp tgk2 mak dh trtido..huhu..nk surprise pny pasal, tak bgtahu la mak n ayah..last2 mkan cam bese je..sedeyyy..

Emm..aku tringin nk buat kek ni sebab kalo bace blog msak mane2, msti cm a must RVC ni ade.. N keinginan aku bertambah ble bce n dgr org kte RVC ni seriously sdap gle.. Kt whisk harge die cm RM18/slice..huhu.. Baik aku buat sndiri even aku pn tak pernah rase pn lg sblum ni..

Resepi die aku amek dr sini, lngkap dgn video lg..so brtambah confident la sket.. Aku rse RVC ni ala2 cm basic kek je juz yg lainnye die ade tmbah buttermilk (cuka + susu) n mixture of sodium bicarb + cuka yg mnybabkn kek ni dapat name velvet=baldu die.. N part yg pling ak rse berdosa ialah ble gne 2 sudu besar prwarna merah..huhu..mmg prwarna merah aku yg dh bertahun2 cam tak berkurang, trus jd cm dh nk habis.. Sbb ni aku rase aku takkan buat lagi kek ni..ksian family aku.. Lg2 mak aku asyik duk makan je dr smlm..aku rse nk buang lak kek ni..huhu..

Ni rupe adunan sblum masak..

N ni yg dh siap msak.. suke devilish color die.. Tp mmg bg kesan yg evil kt perut..huhu..

N ni yg dh siap dgn frosting..

Slalunye org akan gne creamcheese frosting utk RVC tp aku ganti dengan walnut coconut frosting yg aku ubah sket2 resepi die.. Sbb mak aku tak suke cheese n cream cheese mahal hrgenye n I m on budget..huhu.. Aku rse frosting ni sdap gk sbb rse kacang2 n trslit rse klape sket..aku boleh katekan its a good combination..juz mayb appearance die cam tak megah sangat sbb kalo gne creamcheese frosting yg putih gebu tu, mnonjol sket warna merah kek tu..

HEDGEHOG CAKE

Its actually kek batik.. Aku jmpe prkataan ni time google resepi kek batik.. Name yg unik utk kek..hehe.. Anyway, resepi yg aku jumpe ni kmas sket susunan biskut marie die sbb die nye teknik ala2 cm kek lapis..

Aku try resepi bru utk kek batik sbb sampai skrg aku tak jmpe lg kek batik sesedap yg aku rase time aku kecik2 dulu.. Seriously the best ever!! Malangnye, jiran aku yg buat kek tu dh lost contact..tak dapat nak minta resepi..huhu..

Resepi yg ni taste die pretty nice..n tekstur die pn perfect, bg aku la.. Juz silap sket sbb aku gne loyang saiz cm besar so hasilnye kek batik 3 tingkat je.. Akan nmpak lebih nice kalo 5 tingkat..

Ni saje je ngade2 tgkp gmbar ltak bunge..haha.. Emm..kalo nk resepi die, bole la singgah kt sini, lngkap dgn gmbar skali..

POPIA CRABSTICK

Asyik2 duk masak masakan western je, kali ni bt msakan melayu lak..hehe.. Trmasuk hari ni, dh 2 kali berturut2 duk buat popia ni sbb nak habiskan stok crabstick..lame2 simpan kang rase die cm tak best lak.. Lgpn nak buat die simple je.. Rase die nice gak so kat sini nak la share resepi die.. Kot2 la ade yang nak try buat gk bosan2 cuti kat rumah ni.. Boleh sambut kpulangan mak ayah or suami terchenta dr keje ngan popia crabstick n air teh sbgai minum petang..ceceh..

So, ni resepi die:

Bahan-bahan:

Untuk inti
1 paket crabstick (16 batang)
2 biji telur rebus (lenyekkan die)
2 kuntum bunga kantan } potong halus2
3 helai daun limau purut }
1 biji bawang besar (potong dadu)
1/2 bji sengkuang (parutkan die)
cili padi (ske hati nk byk mane, optional))
black pepper (kalo tak nak letak cili padi, optional)

1 paket kulit popia
Bancuhan tepung gandum utk lekatkan hjung kulit popia

Cara-caranya:

1. Satukan sumer bahan2 inti kecuali crabstick
2. crabstick tu potong la halus2 or ikut kreativiti masing2..nak masuk sketul trus pn takpe utk rase crab yg lagi mendalam
3. susun comey2 atas kulit popia n lipat n lekat pkai bancuhan tepung gandum
4. Siap utk digoreng

Sebenarnye nk buat popia ni, takde pn resepi khusus die..suke hati je nak masukkan pape pun.. Juz kene pandai matchingkan ingredient la..

Bile campur2 semua bahan2 ni, kuantiti popia yg dpat dihasilkan approx. 25 batang.. So dh alang2 buat mkan petang, baki popia tu bole pindah ke sarapan pagi soknye lak..hehe..

Untuk meng'complete'kn lg popia ni..bt la sos die skali..

Bahan-bahan:

7 tangkai cili merah
1 ulas bawang putih
2 s/b cili sos
3 s/n tomato sos
2 s/b cuka
1 cawan air
3 s/b gula
garam

Cara-caranya:

1. Mesinkan semua bahan.
2. Masak jap smpai mendidih
3. Masukkan bancuhan tepung jgung dan kacau sehingga mndidih.
4 Siap untuk dihilangkan

P.S: Gmbar yg dh siap goreng takde..petang td dh buat jamu jiran dtg bertandang tapi tak sempat amek gmbar sbb aku dh tido keletihan..haha..

MACARON DISASTER

Hr ni lepas dh tgk brape kali ntah resepi macaron kt tenet n dh bce gk tricks n tips die, akhirnya aku dpat kumpul kyakinan untuk mmbuat macaron..

Sbnarnye aku tak pernah makan macaron pn tp sebab tgk gmbar die gebu n cute sangat..so cam smngat la jadinye.. Tp smngat jd down sket sbb bace komen kt tenet kate ramai buat tak jadi..siap 7 8 kali baru nak jadi..huhu..gle kuat smangat la diorang..

Cek2 kt tenet, resepi lak macam2..tak tahu la mane 1 yg patut aku ikut..last2 plih yg simple n tgk die buat jd je.. Emm..macaron ni, basically made of egg white, sugar n almond flour..bahan2 sound simple tp teknik die mmang renyah thap karma..

1. So ni la rupe mixture of white egg + almond flour + icing sugar + castor sugar
2. Kaler kuning tu terlebih lak pewarna die..huhuss..
3. Mixture yg telah di pipe kn.. tak sangke lak cam cair semacam..huhu.. tengok2 dh meleper je..
4. Close up of huduhnesss..time ni cm dh give up..haha..

Aku duk bce tips, ade yg sruh piped mixture tu utk sit for 30 mins so that a 'skin' can form.. Tp sbb aku cm dh rase ptus ase awal2 lg sbb aku pnye mixture mcm kurang pekat so kind of wasting time lak, lgpun optional je utk biar die sit.. Make aku pn mmbakar la die slama 15min.. Aku duk jeling2 dlm microwave, xkluar pn kaki or foot yg dicanang2 tu..tp mmg expected pn..huhu..

Ni la final rupe die lpas aku dh letak filling.. Filling die aku gne ganache je..

Pegang sket..haha..kempih aih..

Di samping tu, aku ade try buat mende merapu yg lain, memperknalkan..

Ni la Dulce de leche..hehe..

Mende ni adelah hasil menghangitkan susu pekat.. Konsep same cam caramel=gule hangus.. Aku gne pressure cooker for the 1st time utk jimat mase jd 30 min sbb kalo periuk bese, kne masak 3-4 jam.. Rase die ala2 cm susu pekat tp rase hangus sket..haha..tak sedap pn.. Kunun2 nk bt filling macaron tp macaron pn hncusss..huhuss..

Kitorang plan nak kuar g main ice skating sebelum cuti lg.. N semalam, trmakbul pn plan tu.. Plan asal juz g ice skating je tp sbb kitorang tringin lame dh nak g makan kat Seoul Garden n kbtulan sperjalanan je so singgah kt SG Kerinchi..

Makanan kt SG quite nice tp sbb kitorang ni hantu seafood n kt SG kn banyak panggang2 so kitorng cm xdapat nak pulun sgt.. Seafood kgmaran kitorang yg ade pn udang je tp sbab daging perap2 die best, dpat la mennyejukkan hati kitorang yg sdih sbb xde ketam.. Tp rase cm agk rugi sbb mkan xbanyak mane tp dh kenyang..huhuss.. Nway, kalo sape suke BBQ, tmpt ni mmg ideal la utk korang sbb bnyak style dging, ayam n ikan die diperap..

Lpas tu, kitorang berangkat g Sunway lak untuk main ice-skating.. Smpai2 trus je excited nak g men tp sblum tu kitorang usha2 dlu org men n tibe2 rase tkut lak sbb tengok orang jatuh2 bagai n dh la kitorang first timer..huhus.. Ade gak trpkir cam tak nak main tp sayang lak sbb dh plan lame dh n kalo tak men skrg, nnt msti nyesal.. Last2, kuatkn hati g main gk..

Yg bestnye..kitorng main juz for RM10 sbb gne voucher..supposedly, weekdays, RM15.. n then pnjimatan brgande ble bli glove RM1.50 je..haha..seriously berbaloi2.. Kalo bli glove kt situ, RM9.. So baik la kalo nk g situ, bli la glove murah2 dlu..

Awal2 masuk ice rink tu mmg sperti yg dijangke, kitorang menepek je kt tepi2..haha.. duk try skate2 skit pastu trus pluk tebing ice rink tu..lawak gle.. Tapi tak smpai 10 min, cm tak tahan tgk org skating hepi je..so branikan la diri try skating kat tengah sket.. Rase cm men roller blade sbijik juz mayb extra licin la.. Tak lame pastu aku trus skating keliling ice rink tu padahal still tak reti nk brake proper lg pastu tak pasal2 trlanggar orang..huhu..malu gle jatuh trdduk..sakit mmg tak rase dh time tu.. Aku nk completekn 1 rink tu for the 1st time, 2 kali trjatuh..huhu.. akak lak cam berhati2 gle so slamat.. Tp lpas tu, dh ok dh.. aku ngan akak skating beriringan..mmg best la..lbih 5 kalo gk kitorang duk keliling ice rink tu smpai lenguh kaki pastu rehat jap n then sambung skating balik..

Lpas dh brape kali ntah keliling rink tu untuk 2jam pastu g main street basketball lak.. Game ni kitorang g mane2 mmg wajib main..haha..

Memang hari ni puas hati la duk memecah rekod- makan kt SG n also main ice-skating.. Lpas ni tak tahu lak ble lagi nk g..mmg ketagih.. Tp aku je la balik dengan bonus lbam tpak tangan n sengal2 kt tulang blakang sbb jatuh trduduk..huhus.. Hr ni pn still rase sengal2 g.. So kalo sape2 nk g main dnsihatkan hati2 la biar slow pn..lg2 utk org yg krang minum susu.. Takut jatuh kang, patah riuk lak sbb time kitorang main tu ade org jatuh n tak bole bngun2 dh..huhu..

LE VS THE NEW MYVI

Ni aku abstract dr petikan akhbar Harian Metro, 21 Mac brknaan dgn Myvi baru:

Ni tak tahu la variant 1.3 or 1.5.. cm upgrade SE sket je.. (ni pn tak tahu btul ke tak, tp kete ni la diorang canang2 myvi baru)

● Model Myvi yang dipertingkatkan dengan ciri baru berkuasa 1.3 liter dan 1.5 liter.

● Beberapa perubahan besar telah dilakukan:

◆ Dalaman (interior) - antaranya papan pemuka (dashboard) serba baru

- kusyen tempat duduk ditebalkan

- tuil gear automatik berada di atas dashboard

◆ Luaran (exterior) - reka bentuk lampu depan dan belakang baru,

- serta bampar depan dan belakang berwajah baru lebih sporty

- saiznya yang dikecilkan sedikit berbanding model sekarang

● Harga untuk versi 1.3 liter mahal sedikit daripada harga model sekarang, manakala versi 1.5 liter pula dijangka lebih rendah daripada model Perodua Alza.

● Myvi 1.5 merupakan enjin yang sama digunakan pada model Alza, menjadikannya lebih berkuasa dan menjimatkan penggunaan minyak.

Hari ni pecah rekod tengok wayang kategori 3D lak crite Thor..seriously nice!! Dgn efek sound n grafik yg mmg mntap.. Tp syg tak sempat brgambr dgn spek mate 3D tu..huhu..

Kitorng smpai dlm 15 min lmbt n mmg panggung dh gelap gle..abang aku lak g toilet.. Aku msuk mule2 mrabe2 aku dalam gelap tp last2 aku surrender..mmg aku tak faham kod seat die..haha.. Last2 tunggu je la abg ak kt luar panggung 2.. Habis crite 2, mmg kpale aku pening gle n rase ketat je kpale mayb sbb efek 3D tu kot..sekarang pn tak hilang pning g..adoi..

Lpas 2 g jalan2 g mkan kt ikea's foodcourt..order salmon with sauce pe ntah, chicken leg wit herbs n ikea's specialty, meatballs n daim cake..mmg marbeles especially the daim cake..but sgt la cpat muak sbb rase manisnye yg kuat..

Sblm blik, sempena mother's day, aku angkat la kek daim skotak sbb mak aku ske gle coklat daim tu.. Aku sorok kek tu dalam beg n ayah aku duk tanye2 nape beg tu smcm je, bli ape..serba slah ak, bgthu kang, xsurprise la..klam kbut aku prepare kek tu utk mak aku..bt kad bagai.. N tada..

Make setel la tanggungjawab aku mengwish mak aku.. Kek tu makan sket je pastu tak bole go dh..huhu.. slmat jenis tahan lame..hehe.. Asyik makan kek SR je bosan gk kn.. Skali skale try la daim cake ni, rase cm coklat daim tp aku bli yg almondy sbb mak n ayah aku suke kekacng ni.. Aku rase yg daim bese tu lg sedap kot..

Since skrg ni tgh cuti so banyak la mase yg aku ade nk bace buku crite.. Stakat ni je, kumpul2, ade la dlm 4 buah bku yg aku dh bli zaman tok kaduk lg tp x hbis2 bce pn..huhuss..

MACARONI CHEESE

Last week I managed to cook this.. I ve been craving to eat macaroni cheese since the first day of the new sem.. Usually I used the instant type like prego n san remo but the taste is not juz cheesy enough for me.. So I decided to do it based on recipe..

Using the recipe, the cheese used are cheddar n mozarella..since I m not really into mozarella coz the bland taste n its stickiness, I substituted it with parmesan.. I made a mistake to put too much parmesan (in order to finish my stock) that cause a ____ after taste (cant describe the taste..hehe).. But I guess the overall taste is quite fine..

I also paired up the macaroni cheese with meatballs coz my parent is phobia with sausage since the swine-intestine-sausage-casing issue.. The meatballs are pretty easy to make..almost like begedil.. For a tube of minced beef, I can make about 30 meatballs..

But still, I m searching for a recipe to make macaroni cheese that taste like Kfc's macaroni cheese..huhu..

FAMOUS AMOS COOKIES

Yesterday I successfully fulfilled one of my holiday to do list which is to make cookies..

I got the recipe from auntie ida's blog under the name famous amos cookies..
To be honest, I actually never bought FA cookies coz its quite expensive.. I juz taste it once n I dont think its worth it since the taste is not as good as I thought.. But mayb coz it doesnt suit my taste..

However, I made it in order to finish my chocolate in the fridge coz its almost expired..

So this is how the mixture of flour, cooking choc, couverture choc, chopped almond, oatmeal n dessicated coconut looks like which later need to be mixed with mixture of butter n eggs..

This is the final mixture ready to be shaped..

The resulted cookies taste nice..almost like chocolate chip but crunchier and sweeter.. I prefer it to be less sweet though..

The dough can be used to make quite many cookies.. I started making cookies from 3pm n ended at 7pm..extremely tired n bored waiting for the cookies to be baked.. So I make this special edition cookies with love shape..hehe..

I ve completed this mission at last..

The urge is the worst during my final exam n it always happens particularly during final exam..the last time, I had a strong desire to write a blog n luckily I did it after my final exam..

This time, I managed to control it too n included it in my holiday to do list..

By using colored foam n specially ordered online ribbon, I made this cover myself although it may seems self centered coz all of them written my name on it but thats the only idea I came up with since if not, it ll look empty..

FRUITS DIPPED CHOC

I decided to make this bcoz my mom seems to like it very much.. Last time she went to Cameron, she bought lots of strawberry n dreamed to make strawberry dipped choc.. So without my permission, she used my choc but sadly, it turned out that the choc is not melted bcoz my choc need certain technique to be melted..haha..very funny..at last, she gave up n juz eat all the strawberries..

So since I was free last Friday, I made her this.. The strawberry is very expensive, its like RM1/ strawberry..huhu.. So I juz bought about 10 to 11 only.. Bcoz the choc is quite a lot so I add also orange n apple..

To melt the choc is the hardest part.. I cant remember melting this choc can be this hard..huhu.. However, I managed to dip all the fruits though not properly bcoz I need to use my fingers to smooth the choc on the fruit's surface..

As decoration, I use cornflakes, edible love n beads, almond nibs n dessicated coconut..these r the things that I found after rummaging our 20-years old cabinet..

And this is the result..quite messy but taste yummy..lol..

Last Thursday (16/9), me and my siblings ( Abang n Izah) went to Dominos n National Museum.. Actually we planned to go to Seoul Garden despite delicious food cooked at home but sadly it is closed due to public holiday..huhu.. So we decided to go to Dominos coz its been quite a very long time since the last time I went there.. Dominos has the best pizza ever!! hehe.. Perfect with the cheesy double decker crust.. Sadly they dont have branch at Kuantan..huhu..

This is wat we ordered..

n our satisfied faces with leftovers..

After our hungry stomachs overfilled..we need some walk-walk to burn the fat..hehe.. So we went to National Museum n there was a snake exhibition which I found not very interesting coz mayb I m not fond of snake.. But the info given is very useful like how the snake move, eat, lay eggs, the details about the venom n how to remove it n many more..

The most interesting part is the pet shop where rare animals can be found here such as skunk, kangaroo, scorpion n racoon.. I had the chance to touch racoon n skunk..the fur s not as soft as Puteh of course..
I had fun today but not that much unless the museum has an exhibition on things that I want to know most - ghost (lol), cats, pets, papercrafts..

MAKE UR OWN SE THEMES

Its quite a long time ago I wanna make a tutorial on making SE themes but I have not much time.. So today I have a strong feeling to do it..n here I am busy typing all these nonsense as U may call it..hehe..

I m a member of Zedge community.. Its a website where U can download mobile themes, ringtones n others for free (but U need to register first).. I ve made some themes n edited some wallpapers for Zedge since there s not much of them for Yari..especially, I want a theme which based on pink color n butterflies coz I m very fond of them..

Here s some themes that I ve made..

Software or applications or websites required as simple as MO Power Point (MOPP) (preferably 2007 coz it has many features), MO Picture Manager (MOPM) (mainly for cropping the image), Ulead Photo Express (I use it) or any picture editor software like adobe photoshop or others (for picture editing)(optional)..

Some steps that U need to follow in order to make a theme that suits ur taste..

1) Of course, U need to download the software first..I use SE theme creator..n install it..here s the link

2) After U open the software, U can find this interface..

From the pic, U can see that it has provided sections for background, bars & keys, highlights, titles & tabs n many more.. And for each of them, it has put the needed picture size, for example: standby (240x320), desktop (240x320) n etc.

3) To start, U need to select SE mobile model that U wanna make the theme for which is located at upper right of the pic..

4) After that, U need to find a wallpaper or any pictures that have resolutions bigger than the size needed..usually I find it from photobucket or simply u can Google the desired pics..

5) Then, U need to crop the image by using MOPM to size of 240x320..
(Open the image by using MOPM --> choose edit pictures tab --> choose crop --> under the new picture dimensions, U can see the pixels that U ve cropped --> crop to 240x320 pixels)
* Choose save as to save the pic coz U may need the pic again from different angle..

for example:

6) Then, U can put the pic in the standby by clicking import.. If U hover the mouse over the standby area, U can see the preview for the theme..

7) U can complete the other areas such as desktop n navigation by using the same steps.. U may choose different parts of the pic so that it wont look the same throughout the theme..

8) The steps above are also applicable for bars & keys, highlights or etc..the concept is the same but different in size..

9) To make a nicer effect on the bars & tabs, U can use MOPP.. However, it can b very tedious.. For example:
U need to create a plain background (or any background also can do, depends on ur own creativity) --> Crop the background by using MOPM to desired size, for instance, for popup title under titles & tabs section, the size needed is 212x39 --> then copy the image to MOPP n create the effect by using picture effect --> then save the image as JPEG format --> crop again the image by using MOPM to 212x39 n save the pic..

Besides that, if U want a cuter effect, where U can put an image on the tab, U can use photo editor software, for me, I use Ulead..

10) U can edit the color of the text or input as U desired by using this software, also the ringtones n message alert..

11) If U want a background with an animation, U can upload the cropped pic to Blingee website (U need to register first).. yes U ll have an animation but along with it, there s a Blingee logo which doesnt look very cool..

Supposedly, the added stars will be lip lap lip lap anak mami but since this is JPEG instead of GIF format so it looks static..

To reduce the visibleness of the logo, U can upload the blingeed pic to imikimi website..U still have the logo from imikimi but at least its not that visible as blingee..

Did U notice the small n white imikimi logo at the lower left side?
* In order to do this, U need to upload to Blingee longer pic size, from 240x320 pixels, mayb to 240x370 so that later, the Blingee logo is placed at the lower unused part n U can cropped the Blingee logo by using imikimi..so that it ll not affect the picture.. By using imikimi, U can cropped the image without affecting the animation made by Blingee..

Another way to create a theme for ur mobile but in easier way is by choosing the advance editor.. Here s the interface..

1) From here, U can choose the color for ur theme based on ur background color.. U also can choose different style (multi @ rounded @ tech) that may suit ur taste.. This is much2 simpler way to do ur own theme..for example:

2) U can change the color a bit by altering the color scheme chosen based on try n error n concept..

Finally, for both hard n simple steps, U can click the preview for ur finished theme --> save it --> bluetooth to ur mobile --> enjoy the theme --> hehe..

Allah has made cute cats to be loved..

From the title..its not like I m gonna provide a method or what in killing a kitten..huhu..

But this thing actually happened.. Mayb most of u have seen this vid which I strongly not recommend cause I ve seen it too n it successfully left me with headache and nausea.. Seriously..its very inhuman.. After u watched the video, u ll feel the world is not the same anymore.. U live in such a very cruel world where cute girls happily stepped on kittens n killed them..

I found this video accidentally in fb n I wish I didn't watch it but yes, I did coz of my uncontrolled curiosity..

At first, I juz manage to watch few seconds of the video but then it strucked my mind that maybe it was a robot coz from the look of the person and the background, it looks like the video is made in Japan n we all know that Japan is very hi-tech n who knows if they juz wanna test the durability of their kitten toys..

Its a real kitten..

Reading all the comments on the video, I can conclude that all people r blaming the woman for such an act.. N I guess only low graded mind people will agree with her..

But then, I try to look at the other side of the story.. What if the woman did that bcoz:

1) She was forced to act or if not, she ll be killed

2) That kitten cause her family death in a car accident n she s not pious enough to accept the incident n then she focused her wrath on that poor kitten

3) Her parents died bcoz of severe allergic reaction to cats or asthmatic attack maybe

4) She will get 1 million if she killed the kitten n she need the money urgently to treat her mother who is in end stage of cancer

These are several assumptions I can come up with in order to prevent the thought that human nowadays lack of moral, ethics n humanity..

But still, whatever the reasons are, its still not an exception to step the border of being a human which is granted with an aqal..

Anyway, again, I remind for those who still not watching the video, protect some part of ur humanity that still pure n uncontaminated by not watching this vid bcoz its far beyond reasonable mind can think of..

This afternoon, I took my usual nap..Non REM sleep I assumed?? n I got non REM dreams which are brief, fragmentary impressions that are less emotional.. (Today Dr Kyi Kyi Tha taught us on the meds for sleep)

I dreamed of me went shopping n then I got a discount when purchasing chocolates..lots of them..Kit Kat..Snickers..Cadbury..but all of them are the mini type.. When I m busying myself choosing the chocolates, they suddenly turned into sushi..haha..funny..

When I suddenly woke up, I have this severe craving for chocolates.. So these r wat I bought in the evening.. (The chocs in koop are unreasonably expensive..huhu..)

Aku tergerak hati nak tulis post ni sebab aku rase time cuti ni, dapat dikire berape kali je aku tak tido balik lepas subuh.. Fenomena normal aku rase.. Sebab cuti dah tinggal tak sampai sebulan, aku nak memaksimumkan sisa-sisa cuti yang masih tertinggal..

Dalam kitab Miskatul Masabih ada disebutkan: Tidur sedikit di waktu tengahari tidaklah dikeji..Rasulullah s.a.w. ada juga melakukannya.. Ini untuk mengimbangi kekuatan tubuh badan setelah bertahajud di malam hari.. Kalo kite yang tak tahajud pn tido tengahari bukan main..huhu..

Imam Ibnu Qayyim pernah berkata: "Sesiapa yang meneliti cara tidur dan jaga Rasulullah s.a.w., akan mendapati bahawa tidur baginda adalah yang paling seimbang dan paling bermanfaat untuk badan, anggota dan kekuatan.. Baginda tidak pernah tidur lebih dari kadar yang dihajati dan tidak pernah mencegah dirinya daripada kadar keperluannya."

Ibnu Qayyim menambah: "Tidur di siang hari amat dikeji kerana ia akan mewarisi penyakit kebengkakkan (muka kelihatan sembab dan tidak bercahaya), malapetaka, merosakkan warna kulit, menimbulkan penyakit radang limpa, melemahkan urat saraf dan melemahkan syahwat..
Sekeji-keji tidur ialah ketika awal hari (matahari sedang terbit) dan terlebih keji lagi ialah tidur di akhir siang hari (selepas waktu Asar)."

So sebagai peringatan terhadap diri aku sendiri terutamanye..tak de sebab nape tak bole kalo tak tido lpas subuh.. Lagipun, waktu ni kan waktu rezeki dibahagi-bahagikan.. Kadang-kadang kite tido balik sebab rase cam tak de mende pn nak buat kalo bangun awal-awal.. Sebenarnye banyak je mende kite bole buat, g joging ke, bace ma'thurat ke, bercucuk tanam ke..banyak gak pekdahnye..tapi cam biase daye tarikan katil dan bantal yang gebu2 belake lagi kuat..hehe..

Mende ni kene buat sket2 la kalo tak bole drastik terus.. Buat sedikit demi sedikit tapi biarlah istiqamah..

4. Adakah dikalangan keluarga anda yang tidak mengalami alahan terhadap rabbit atau Hay? YA..

Chopped chocolate muffin??

Sebenarnye muffin biase je juz tukar name so ade kelainan sket..hehe.. Untuk buat muffin ni, aku gune coklat compound yang di chop instead of chocolate chip sebab aku nak habiskan stok coklat compound..tp tak habis2 gak..adoi..

Resepi untuk muffin ni aku amek dari blog Pn Hanieliza.. Banyak gak resepi best2 kat blog ni.. Tapi buat mase ni settlekan muffin dulu..

Resepi die agak mudah sebab juz campur2 je bahan2..n terhasil la adunan camni..

Yang tak puas hatinye, die cam berketul2 sket..letih aku duk nak pecahkan ketulan2 tu..huhu.. Kat mane la silapnye ni..aku takut affect tesktur muffin je sebab ketulan2 ni sebenarnye gula n tepung.. Last2 tawakkal je sebab mase dah banyak habis duk picit2 ketulan 2..

Untuk rase coklat yang maksimum n dengan niat nak habiskan stok coklat, campurkan coklat yang dipotong kecil2 n gaulkan dalam adunan tu..

Lepas tu isi dalam acuan muffin yang keras so takyah beli acuan muffin yang loyang.. Pastu tabur lagi chopped chocolate on top of the muffin..

Bakar dalam microwave yang dh dipreheat (mak aku selalu pesan jangan lupe part ni) selama lebih kurang 25 - 30 minit.. Maka siaplah muffin yang digembar-gemburkan tu..

Oww..3 sekawan yang sedia dimakan.. Dari kiri: Si Hitam, Si Putih n Si..Si Susu..

Dengan berbekalkan tepung 3 cawan, aku dapat menghasilkn 25 muffin.. Aku gune 3 jenis coklat iaitu coklat hitam, susu n putih.. So nampak cam variety sket.. RECYCLE BOTOL KICAP

Melihatkan ade 5 botol kicap kat sini, msti korang ingat family aku kaki kicap kan..hehe.. Sile jangan salah sangke sebab botol kicap ni dah lame aku kumpul n sekarang baru ade mase yang banyak untuk merapu..

Aku sebenarnye dah lame admire dengan shape botol kicap ni tp tak tahu nak buat ape.. Mule2 ingat nk buat lampu tapi cam susah je sebab perlukan LED, wire, bateri..lagipun cam xde gune sangat je sebab kene on lampu baru nampak cambest..buat habis bateri je..

Banyak mende bole buat dengan botol kicap ni sebenarnye..aku cek kat tenet, ade yang hias dengan reben, manik2, lukis gune cat akrilik (mahal so aku tak nak), lampu n banyak g.. Ayah aku cerite dulu2 orang gune botol camni untuk jadi botol susu..kat muncung die tu, letak puting..cam susah kn..

So untuk kaler botol kicap ni senang je.. Aku gune nail polish or name lainnye varnis kuku..

Aku sungguh bangge dengan pembelian nail polish ni sbb beli 3 dengan harge RM5! sangat murah! Tp bau die Masha Allah..sendat otak aku 2 hari, ntah2 ade saraf otak aku yang mati..

Pastu bole la lakar gambar suke hati kat atas botol kicap tu gune pensel tp kene buat keje atas mozek putih baru nampak lakaran.. Care len lak, lakar gune whiteboard marker tp hasilnye mayb cam kaler varnis bertindih dengan kaler marker so the best choice is pencil..

Part yang paling susah ialah time nak kaler gune varnis..sebab cam comot gak nak buat.. Yang comot2 bole kikis gune pisau..kalo nak gune nail polish remover pun bole gak..

Lepas dah siap sumer..jadi la camni..

Akhirnye kurang sket semak bilik aku..

Berjaya gak aku menstrike throughkan 1 lagi things to do during my holiday..So tinggal nak buat samosa n aiskrim goreng je lg.. Susah gak nak cari waktu yang sesuai nak buat pai ni..ade je rintangan dan halangan yang datang tapi hari ni, aku n adik aku memang dah bersatu hati nak buat..

Pai aku buat ni kulit die cam karipap so tak de la cambest sangat..tapi kalo nak buat kulit die puff cam leceh lak..

Ni antara bahan2 yang digunakan untuk buat inti..

Dalam gambar ni tertinggal kentang lak..

Tak lupe gak letak lada hitam n oregano.;. Aku ni jenis suke rempah2 ni..lada hitam lagi la.. Oregano gak..hari tu beli buat pizza, sat je dh habis..huhu..

Care2 nak masak die (resepi ubah ikut sedap sendiri):

1) Mule2 tumiskan bawang putih cincang halus, lada hitam n oregano (spatutnye gne daun thyme tp xdop lak). Bile dah kuning2, masukkan ayam, kentang n then cendawan..

2) bile dh cam nak masak, masukkan susu HL kotak kecik tu n tepung jagung bajet2 pekat die cambest..optional - bile dh msak letak daun sup yg dipotong halus2 sebab ayah aku suke ngan daun sup..nak umpan die makan pai aku ni, kene la masukkan gak..

3) Buat la kulit die lak..resepi sebijik cam kulit karipap.. Kalo nak power g, blaja sendiri bt puff kat tenet berlambak..haha..

Ni rupe pai yang telah selamat dalam foil n atas die cucuk supaya udara panas dapat di releasekn n x meletupkn pai tu..

N then masak la sampai masak..

Maka..

Jadilah pai ayam n cendawan..

Err..kaler die semacam sbb sapu kuning telur semate..patut tmbh putih telur sket..nmpk smart sket..

Emm..rase die cam karipap je..huhu.. Aku still prefer kulit die puff..mayb next time aku try buat kulit puff lak..

OHH..ARNAB YANG TAK DIREDHAI

Aku dah lame sangat2 dah mengidam nak bela arnab sejak dari kecik lg tapi mak aku tak pernah setuju sebab katenye najis arnab bau busuk sampai lalat hurung so jadi kotor la kawasan rumah.. Aku pun memendam rase je la..

Sekarang time aku praktikal kat Nutra, rehat je mesti aku usha arnab kat kedai pets..Kat situ ade arnab jenis angora and teddy bear..harge angora RM80/sekor, kalo baka teddy bear lak, dalam RM250/sekor..mahal gak la..aku dah siap aim ade sekor ni jenis angora..kaler coklat and ade line putih kat hidung die..sweet sangat2..tp bole berangan je la..huhu..

Kebetulan ade sorang staff kat farmasi tu jual anak arnab umur 1 bulan 20 hari dengan harge RM40..aku pun rembat je la tanpe berpikir panjang.. Arnab aku ni mix angora (mama die) n teddy bear (papa die)..so aku harap die membesar seperti rupe papa die yg chumil..

Maka bermulalah kehidupan seekor arnab di rumah aku yang kedatangannye tak diredhai mak aku..huhu.. Tapi selamat aku berjaya kawtim ngan ayah aku..die ok je juz kalo nak jage, jage betul2.. Aku bela dalam bilik aku je, kat bawah meja study n aku letak pagar sket2.. Macam senang nak bela sebab najis die pun cam solid n kering so tak kotor sangat.. Malam tu aku tido tak lena sebab dengar die duk korek2 n cakar2 kotak..huhu.. N bangun keesokan harinye, aku tengok arnab tu cirit pulak..huhu..dugaan betul.. Dah la susah bebenar nak mandikan die..takut salah mandi, mandi kali kedua, mandi jenazah lak..

Tambah malang lagi, mak aku lak nak jahit langsir hari ni so kene naik atas rumah..kelam kabut aku jadinye..aku pindahkan die kat beranda belakang lak..risau gak sebab beranda ni tempat feveret putih bersantai n usha musuh2 die..takut kang die main tampar2 arnab tu pulak.. Tp sampai ke petang, alhamdulillah..mak aku tak tahu lagi n putih pun sibuk main n tido sampai tak sempat lepak kat beranda..

Masalah cirit lak dapat diatasi dengan jayanya.. Aku dapat tahu yang punca arnab ni cirit adalah sebab die masih mude n perlukan susu ibu die lg..huhu.. Stress n environment baru turut menyumbang.. So sebagai penyelesaian, petang tu aku g beli hay alfalfa yang digembar-gemburkan dalam tenet dapat merawat cirit birit ni.. Selesai 1 problem..

Lepas maghrib, aku lepaskan die dalam bilik aku, biar die main2 jap..lincah betul die..geram aku tengok..hilang segala tension aku - tension nak sorok die, nak bersihkan kandang die, masalah cirit die.. Dah la bulu die serius gebu gile..wangi bau sabun lagi..hehe.. Lagi aku bersemangat nak bela die despite banyak cabaran aku hari ni..

Sekarang ni, die duk tido kot dalam kotak..senyap je..juz kadang2 dengar die cakar2..hehe..sangat comel!!!

Hmm..sbnarnye soalan ni pernah bermain dalam benak aku banyak kali dah.. Aku duk terbayang bile lompat banyak2, nanti sebab tarikan graviti n inersia akan sebabkan tulang jadi makin mampat..haha..cam tak cerdik je pemikiran aku ni..

Ni semua bermula bile aku jalan sorang2 kat selayang mall hari tu..
Pastu terjumpe la cam ade fair jual murah2 ni..(aku pantang jumpe mende murah, konfem rase nak beli je)..sebab bosan nye pasal, sumer bende aku duk belek..dari tempat sepit arang yang aku kagum gile buatan die sampai la lastik yang dah lame aku idam-idamkan sebab nak lastik beruk kat asrama (last2 xbeli pn sebab siap ade alas kat lengan g..ntah pape..).. Last2 ak berkenan ngan tali skipping yang berharge RM7.60..siap ade counting device g..of course la nmpak cam xtahan lame coz murah je.. So aku pun menyimpan la angan2 nak memiliki skipping rope ni..tp sbab pemikiran ak seperti title post di atas, maka aku pun menangguhkan je la dulu hasrat murni aku ni.. Nanti la cek kat tenet pasal skipping..

So suddenly I was thinking of my handmade chocs in the fridge..there s still a few of it.. I dont know y but I m not really interested in eating chocs after I ve learnt how to make it..

BUT..

U guys dont misinterpret that I dont eat chocs anymore coz the process of making chocs is yucky or there s samtin hidden in the chocs.. NO NO.. Its juz because when I knew how to make chocs, I devour chocs by only making it..

This is the 2nd day I m tested with fever.. I dont usually got fever but when i do, the worst is coming..

I also learnt samtin actually..drug-food interaction..hehe..

Before this mayb some juz heard around their ears that PCM cant be taken with coconut water.. This evening, I craved for coconut water badly since I m kinda dehydrated n Nik also goda2 me yesterday(hehe..).. When I want to buy coconut water, Nik suggested that I cant coz im taking my antibiotic.. I like..ughh..such statement ever existed??.. n continue thinking wit my half-betul mind.. coz my crave was overwhelmed by samtin that im not really sure so I bought that refreshing coconut water..

N now, after I searched the internet..i found that..ACTUALLY..IT IS!!! huhu~~ not antibiotic..but PCM does.. Coconut water was investigated for its possible effect on the PCM overdosage-induced hepatotoxicity.. If u have time, u can read more HERE..

The title of this post is the same with Linkin Park's pseudo song but thats not the point.. The thing Im trying to say here is that US and South Korea Government are under attack cyberically (they are attacked through cyber is wat I mean) started from 4 July.. I juz realized this when I watched chinese news accidently..eventhough I dont even understand a word of it but I can see through the pics that their government website cannot be opened..

So now these governments are busy finding the one responsible for the damage.. South Korean intelligence officials believe the attacks were carried out by North Korean or pro-Pyongyang forces.. U.S. officials so far have refused to publicly discuss details of the attack or where it might have originated.. Attacks on federal computer networks are common, ranging from nuisance hacking to more serious assaults, sometimes blaminged on China. U.S. security officials also worry about cyber attacks from al-Qaida (again??) or other terrorists..

What i can say is, if there is no proof, dont put the blame on others yet.. I dont like the words being bold above.. Because of these words, 2 nations bad situations can be worst.. Lets take example of 9/11.. US Government strongly said that its al-Qaida eventhough there is crystal clear proof that its done by insiders..but we all know US right??

So..ni hasil keje 1st ak special utk my best fren~Aliza n also Mrs Singam (pharmacist a.k.a.my sifoo)..

Chocolate..of course my handmade and also the box is handmade coz the box cost about RM3 per box at bakery shop.. Check it on net there s discount n I thought the price might be like RM1 or 2..but then just 20% off to become RM2.80.. Looking at it..hmm..still not worth it.. Too much for my budget so I decided to do it on my own.. Done meticulously n of course cost me a severe headache..no wonder the price is like that.. However it gives me so much satisfaction seeing the final product..

Bnyak active ingredient ni di campur dgn ingredient2 len contohnya pseudoephedrine di campur dgn Triprolidine (dalam Actifed), Loratadine (dalam Clarinase, dan Cetrizine (dalam Zyrtec-D) utk digunekn sbgai cough n cold preparation.. Topical dikongestan berkesan dalam masa bbrapa minit while oral dikengestan dalam 30 minit..

Antara side effects of this drug are tachycardia, raised BP, exacerbate palpitation n nervousness or feeling hyper..

Akhirnya berjaya gk ak masuk ke kelas coklat yg dh lame ak idam2 kn.. Kelas ni di anjurkn oleh Ida Bakery bertempat di Keramat (1st time ak sampai keramat).. Rase coklat tu..fuhh..tip top..hehe..cam cadbury tp filling die ske hati nk ltak ape..

Kat klas ni ak blaja pasal jenis2 coklat, care nk cairkn coklat, isi coklat dalam mould, bekukn coklat n care pnjgaan die so that kualiti die xterjejas..

Coklat couverture yg tgh di'temper'kn..lenguh tau nk kacau die..

Emm..ni lak tgh cairkn coklat compound jenis white choc..

Ni lak contoh2 filling yg bole diltak dalam choc cam oren, s'bery, kurma, b'bery n etc..bdam n oreo pn turut dgunekn..

Antara mould yg d gnekn termasuklah acuan jeli n putu (ak ske ni)..

Ak yg khusyuk..hehe..

Setelah lame mninggalkan padang blog kini ak kembali dengan coklat.. =)

Coklat ni ak buat lame dah tp xsempat nak tulis post pasal die coz sibuk.. Emm..ak dh search merata website resepi coklat tp kebanyakannya banyak pasal truffle je.. So ak pn atas inisiatif sendiri, ak buat je la ape yg patut..
Untuk filling coklat, ak gne ganache yg ak bt sndiri perisa oren n strawberi..Ganache ialah filling coklat yg lembut..ala2 cam coklat cair..

Ni adalah ganache yg dsejukkan supaye nnt snang nk ltak dlam acuan..

Ak gunekan kacang gk sbab ayah ak ske kacang byk2.. Ak gne badam, macademia n gajus..kacang tanah ak tumbuk sbgai hiasan atas coklat..

Ni acuan yg dh ak isikn dengan coklat yg telah di cairkn.. Mule2 ak coat bhgian dalam dgn coklat n then sejukkan pastu masukkn filling n then sejukkan n finally cover balik dgn coklat.. Nmpak cam snang tp bg ak part ni pling ssah..lg2 bile nk msukkan ganache..nk nangis pn ade sbab coklat yg panas n cair tu die tenggelam dlam ganache..last2 hasil coklat ak, filling nye ade yg terbocor..

Hasil nye ak malas nk tgkap gmbr..

Memandangkan ni first coklat ak, byk lg yg ak perlu perbaiki.. Antaranye:
1) Jangan pnaskn coklat dgan api yg kuat..
2) Jangan kacau coklat kecuali stelah api dipadamkan..
3) Ak mmg kene tambah milk solid sbab rase die cam coklat masakan sgt.. Ak brkire2 nk tmbah emulsifier je..
4) Ganache perisa oren n strawberi cam agak pelik rasenye.. Next time ak nk pelbagaikan dgn ltak perisa hazelnut or pe ntah lg..any suggestion???..

Ak brharap sgt2 ade org sudi ajar ak buat coklat sbab brguru dgn tenet n buku ni cam ssah sket..lg2 ak xdapat exact resipi die.. Stakat ni ak ikut logik je.. Semoga coklat kali ke-2 ak akan brtmbah sdap n comel..

Pnah dgr x oreo cheese cake?? Ak rase kalo d kalangan sis mmg femes.. N rase die cam bole tahan..juz normal utk cheese cake xle mkan byk2 sbab cpat muak.. Disbabkn ak ske cake ni so ak pn bt la sbgai mmnuhi waktu cuti yg terluang..hehe..

Kt sni ak nk share resepi die coz ak bt jd so ak rase resepi ni bole la dpercayai brbnding certain resepi..

EASY PHILLY OREO CHEESECAKE
Prep time: 20 min
Cooking time: 45 min
Ready in: 4 hr

INGREDIENTS
24 Oreo cookies, divided
3 tablespoons butter, melted
3 packages (250 g each) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, softened
3/4 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla essence
3 eggs

DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
2. Crush 16 cookies and place in a bowl.
3. Then add butter and mix well. Press firmly onto bottom of 9 inch round cake pan.
4. Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended.
5. Add eggs, one at a time, beating just until well blended after each addition.
6. Chop or crush the remaining 8 cookies. Gently stir half of the chopped cookies into cream cheese batter.
7. Pour over prepared crust; sprinkle with the remaining chopped cookies.
8. Bake for about 45 mins or until centre is almost set.
9. Allow to cool and refrigerate for 3 hrs or overnight.

So..ni la hasilnye..walaupn xssdap secret recipe of course n nmpk x come but at least ni hasil ttik peluh ak..hehe..

Akhirnya brjaye gk ak "menstrikethroughkn" 1 lg azam ak time cuti.. Dh lame ak nk bt sbab ak mkan pizza kat mane2 xpernah puas..topping ciput je.. So ak nye pizza ak bt ske hti ak je la topping die.. Tp sygnye bile dh masak, roti pizza tu kras sgt..huhu..ak xfaham kt mane la silapnye sbab ak dh ikut resepi sbijik2..

Anyway..ni la pizza 1st ak..name die pinechicroom (pineapple+chicken+mushroom)..ade ltak capsicum n daging gk..ak gne shittake sbab ak mmg ske sgt cndwan ni..sbnrnye die cam xsesuai nk gne buat pizza sbab die cam brair sket.. Tp best..hehe..

Skrg ak tgh bce bku Perubtan Islam dan Bukti Sains Moden oleh Dr Danial Zainal Abidin.. Ak trtarik dgn penerangan ttg bhgian2 pnykit..mayb rmai yg dh thu sbab kdg2 ak ni kolot sket tp xpela, nk crite gk..

Ibn Qaiyin al-Jauziyah brkte dlam At-Tib an-Nabawi, pnykit ni trbhgi kpd 2 iaitu:
1) Penyakit fizikal
2) Penyakit hati

Penyakit fizikal yg cam kite dh thu sprti skit jntung, luke2 or ape2 sakit yg brkaitan tubuh badan..Manakala pnykit hati ni trbhgi lg kpd 2 iaitu:
a) Pnykit kesamaran n keraguan
b) Pnykit nafsu syahwat n kesesatan

"Di dalam hati mereka ada pnykit dan Allah tambahkan penyakit pada mereka".
(surah al-Baqarah, ayat 10)
Pnykit ksmaran n kraguan brmksud keraguan terhadap Allah brdsarkn ayat di atas cam bile kte ragu2 dgn ksesuaian hukum-hakam n undng2 yg dttapkn oleh Allah..

Pnykit nafsu syahwat n kesesatan lak, Allah brkate dlam surah al-Ahzab ayat 32: "Dan janganlah kamu (isteri-isteri Nabi) lunakkan suaramu ktika brbicara sehingga berkeinginan org yg mmpnyai pnykit di dlam htinya, dan ucapknlah prktaan yg baik".
Pnykit yg dmaksudkn dalam ayat td ialah nafsu syahwat yg membawa kpd zina. Pnykit yg mnggalakkn org brdua2 an n buat mende2 xsenonoh yg bole lead ke arah zina..

Klahiran pnykit2 hati ni ade sbabnye..

Ibn Qaiyin al-Jauziyah berpendapat:
"Allah mncipta anak Adam dan mntapkan kdar ksempurnaan bg anggota jasadnya. Apabile kdar ksempurnaan ni brkurang, skitlh anggota itu. Begitu jg dgan hti. Ia jg mmpnyai ksenpurnaan dan bila ia brkurang, hati ditimpa pnykit berupa kerisauan, kedukacitaan n keresahan".

Hati dcipta bg mngnali, mgasihi, mntauhidkn, reda n tawakkal kpd Allah.. Spttnya hanya Allah sajalh yg brtakhta dhati n xde sbarang khikmatan n klazatan srta khidupan melainkn dgnnya.. Inilah bhan2 yg dpat mnyihatkn n mnghdupkn hati.. While mende2 yg mnybabkn kkurngan hati adlah sprti lalai, meragui Allah, syirik, tidak tawakkal n etc..

So..renung2 kn lh..brpnykitkh hati kte?
