Chocolate..of course my handmade and also the box is handmade coz the box cost about RM3 per box at bakery shop.. Check it on net there s discount n I thought the price might be like RM1 or 2..but then just 20% off to become RM2.80.. Looking at it..hmm..still not worth it.. Too much for my budget so I decided to do it on my own.. Done meticulously n of course cost me a severe headache..no wonder the price is like that.. However it gives me so much satisfaction seeing the final product..
Akhirnya berjaya gk ak masuk ke kelas coklat yg dh lame ak idam2 kn.. Kelas ni di anjurkn oleh Ida Bakery bertempat di Keramat (1st time ak sampai keramat).. Rase coklat tu..fuhh..tip top..hehe..cam cadbury tp filling die ske hati nk ltak ape..
Kat klas ni ak blaja pasal jenis2 coklat, care nk cairkn coklat, isi coklat dalam mould, bekukn coklat n care pnjgaan die so that kualiti die xterjejas..
Coklat couverture yg tgh di'temper'kn..lenguh tau nk kacau die.. Emm..ni lak tgh cairkn coklat compound jenis white choc.. Ni lak contoh2 filling yg bole diltak dalam choc cam oren, s'bery, kurma, b'bery n etc..bdam n oreo pn turut dgunekn.. Antara mould yg d gnekn termasuklah acuan jeli n putu (ak ske ni).. Ak yg khusyuk..hehe.. Ni la hasilnye..
So lpas ni kalo ak buka bisnes choc mmndangkn ak pn dh reti sket2..harap korang bg sokongan la eh..
